The app will guide you each step of the way, as you increase the flexibility and mobility of the muscles hindering your golf swing, and start to gain proprioception and strength of the muscles key to a powerful, stable and repeatable golf swing.
It is suitable for all levels of golfer, and has the scope to aid everyone from the frustrated regular golfer wishing to gain more distance, all the way up to the levels of the elite.
The program has 8 levels; it is recommended that everyone starts at level 1 regardless of handicap. To progress onto the next level you must pass a test, to ensure you are ready to fully utilize and correctly perform the exercises in the higher level.
The Training is golf specific and has golf drills with each level. This helps to transfer the changes in your body to the golf swing more efficiently. Ensuring that you improve the way your body moves in motion.
The program can be used by individuals, in conjunction with a golf professional or can be used with a trainer to make sure the correct technique is being performed.
